Ercinio de Salema, was born accidentally in the village of Moamba, on January 18th, 1978. He was occasionally registered as a born in the city of Maputo, six days later, and was educated in the district of Chokwe, in the province of Gaza. He is a journalist, jurist, and university lecturer. Through Ethale Publishing he published the book Good Guys, in 2020.
