Severino Ngoenha is a Philosopher and Professor of Philosophy of Interculturalism at the Pedagogical University of Maputo and Rector of the Technical University of Mozambique. He obtained his PhD in Philosophy at the Urbaniana University of Rome in 1989 and for about 20 years he was a professor at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. He is the author of more than 20 books, among which are: Afriacan Philosophy - From Independences to Liberties, The Return of the Good Savage and Times of Philosophy. Through Ethale, together with nine other authors, he published the book From the Fourth to the Fifth Man in 2021.
