Alex Macbeth is a journalist, media development specialist, project manager and founder of several startups. His work over the past 15 years has taken him to more than a dozen countries in Africa, Central Asia, the Caribbean and Latin America for clients as diverse as the UN, major media and international development organizations. Alex speaks seven languages and has a bachelor's degree in African literature and Swahili.
